She Had A Birthday! Shout Hooray!

Ellie turned 2 in June!  Yea!  We celebrated with a couple friends and Grandpa and Grandma Huntington.  We enjoyed swimming at G&G's hotel pool that morning and then got ready for the party during Ellie's nap.

 We hung streamers everywhere and decorated with some tissue paper puffs.  Then we blew up 70 balloons and sneaked them into her room after she woke up.  It was fun for her and our neighbor Aiva to play in.  She thought it was pretty cool.  I cut out a watermelon "cake" and decorated it with berries.  I love how it turned out.  And everyone really enjoyed it.  Very refreshing :)

My mom made the awesome stuffed fish in the background.  Ellie thinks its awesome and we've had a lot of fun kissing each other with it since.  As far as the cake went, she blew the candles out twice because the first time she didn't wait for the song.  She wanted some fruit!

Ellie did great unwrapping her presents.  She was even pretty methodical with some which was cute to see.

And CHEESE!  At the end of her party she enjoyed a slice of her favorite thing--cheese.  It really makes her happy!  Thank you everyone who came to the party and to those who blessed her with new clothes and toys.  She loves and uses them all!
